These terms explain the core rules of Zypo.pk’s driver-only rental and booking service.
Booking and payment
A cash booking is confirmed after the website validates the customer details, selected car and schedule. Cash is due before the first shift begins. Card payment may be shown as coming soon but is not currently active.
Daily 12-hour driver service
Every booked service day includes one 12-hour shift beginning at the confirmed daily pickup time. Self-drive is not available. The driver returns the vehicle to Zypo after each shift and comes back for each subsequent booked day.
Fuel and distance
The vehicle is provided with a full tank at the start of the rental and must have a full tank at the end of the rental. There is no kilometre limit. If the tank is not full, the customer pays the actual missing-fuel cost plus a Rs 500 refuelling-service surcharge.
Customer charges
The customer is responsible for tolls, parking and traffic-related charges incurred during the service. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, and unusual cleaning or damage may be chargeable.
Cancellation
Zypo currently applies no cancellation penalty. Customers should still contact Zypo as early as possible so the car and driver can be released.
Website information
The confirmed booking reference, schedule, vehicle and calculated price are the source of truth for the service supplied.
